• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Do not misuse the service (e.g., abuse, reverse engineering, unauthorized access).

Content & Licenses

• You retain ownership of your content. You grant Tubetors a license to process it to provide the service.
• Do not upload content you do not have rights to share.
• Feedback you provide may be used to improve Tubetors without obligation.

Plans, Billing, & Trials

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law; trials may be limited or revoked.
• Prices and features may change; we will provide notice of material changes when required.

Data & Privacy

Your use of Tubetors is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle data.

Disclaimers & Liability

• The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee specific results.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the 12 months before a claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or to protect the service.
